We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your purchase. 

Production Time:
Please note that production can take from 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Depending on the product selected. Original Ltd & Products may take longer due to their unique nature.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

A: Yes, we ship to most international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout.

A. We do our very best to quality check our designs, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at Lucidcreationzltd@gmail.com with details and photos of the product. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days and organize either a replacement or a refund.

Q: My order is missing

A. For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
